Cruzan Sands Villa on the Beach is a brand new luxury beachfront villa located in the exclusive Estate Salt River on the North Shore of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands.  Our sandy beach, located just a few steps in front of the villa, is perfect!  The clear emerald turquoise water is tranquil and inviting.  Swimming and snorkeling right in front of our villa are ideal!  The views which capture your attention in every direction are breathtaking!  If you are looking for a wonderful vacation in paradise, then you have found it here!

We rent both the Main Villa and the Guest House separately or together, since these are two distinct next door neighboring homes, each with its own amenities and swimming pool. For the "perfect for friends and family" vacation in St. Croix!

    Another fabulous villa is the brand new Cruzan Sands Villa on the Beach, a luxury home located in Estate Salt River. The beautiful Caribbean décor is elegant and modern, and the rooms are large and airy. The main living spaces have huge vaulted ceilings, creating an open area flush with natural light.

    Relax on the villa's wrap-around porch and take in the salt air and the breathtaking views. Three bedrooms offer accommodations for six to eight people, and an additional [two bedrooms] in the guest cottage [are] available. The pool is right on the beach, and the large pool deck has plenty of room to relax with a good book and work on your tan. The villa, just steps from the Caribbean Sea, offers great snorkeling as well.
